• Refund Policy

    All the artists that sell their 3D models in the 3D Squirrel Marketplace are encouraged to provide clear and accurate descriptions and screenshots of their products.  If after purchasing a 3D model you discover that it either has a functional problem or has been misrepresented by the product’s screenshots and description, we will be happy to discuss this matter with you.  Please contact us via our Support System which is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through your account.

    You will be eligible for a refund when we agree that something is clearly wrong with the product or if it’s file contents have been misrepresented by the artist selling it. You will only be eligible for a refund if you contact us within seven days of purchase so please contact us immediately if you discover a problem.

    Before purchasing a 3D model from our Marketplace please check that the file format that the 3D model description states that it is provided in is compatible with the software that you plan to use it in.  If you have any queries in this respect, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
